• use a robot, spider or data mining or extraction tool or process to monitor, extract or copy Website Content (except in the operation or use of internet "search engines," hit counters or similar technology);
• use any meta tags, search terms, key terms, or the like that contain the website’s name or trademarks used on the website;
• engage in any activity that interferes with the website or another user’s ability to use the website;

The purchase of any product does not provide the purchaser with any copyright interest or other intellectual property right in the product. All software used on the website is our property or the property of our software suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. 

 Certain graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, service marks, or trade dress of MuyMegArt or our affiliated companies. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used for any commercial or other purposes without our prior written consent. All other trademarks and service marks not owned by Muymeg.art or our affiliated companies that appear on the website are the property of their respective owners and may or may not be used without their prior written consent. 

 All prices displayed on this website are base prices and may be subject to change for any reason. Customers will always receive a quote of the final price before payment is expected and production starts. Prices are not up for negotiation unless otherwise stated. 

 All artwork displayed on Muymeg.art and created for customers have been made under a personal use license. Reproduction, claiming ownership, and any other action that may result in monetary gain are forbidden unless given written consent. Artwork may be purchased with a commercial license, granting the customer the ability to use the artwork for profit. 

 Both the artist and customer have the right to cancel the production of an artwork for any reason. Upon cancellation, the customer will be refunded based on artwork completion. A refund will not be issued if production of the artwork has already begun and the artwork is mostly complete, required traditional materials, or is an on-site project. The customer does not have any rights to a cancelled artwork. 100% refunds will only be issued if production of the artwork has not started.
